COVID-19 Update

At Browns Tree Solutions Ltd we wanted to shed some light on what we are planning on doing during the Coronavirus outbreak and how we want to help those around us… 

 

We are aware of the government guidelines to work from home where possible; Suzanne and Jaz already do. Works that cannot be done from home are to be followed by strict guidelines which we have put in place with our team to protect them and our customers (e.g. no contact, smaller work groups, hand sanitizer etc...). The fortunate thing for us is that Ray can still come and quote even for those that are either self-isolating or do not want to risk coming into contact; there are still ways for us to continue our service as normal 😊 As a family run business it is important for us to carry so we can maintain our income and provide for our family! 

 

If you can provide a list of what work needs doing over the phone or email then Ray can knock at your door to let you know he is there to quote or do a driveby if you are out and as long as he has access to your garden he can quote accordingly and not even have to come into contact. 

We will then email/post the quote out to you as normal. If you would like to accept the tree works, we can then get a date together for you that is convenient and again as long as our guys have access to your garden, they will follow the same protocol. They will knock at your door and complete the tree works without coming into contact. 

 

Jazmine and Suzanne work from home and all of our guys are fully aware of the NHS guidelines (https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/coronavirus-covid-19/) in regards to the Coronavirus and we are taking this seriously in protection of ourselves and others. 

 

We are always willing to go the extra mile… 

 

Are you self-isolating? Are you struggling to get out and collect shopping/prescriptions etc? Ray, Suzanne and Jazmine who are all fit and healthy are more than happy to help out. If you need anything please just give us a call in the office or drop us an email and we will be happy to collect anything you need, drop this off at your property and leave. We don’t need to come into contact and all of this can be done at a distance to protect. Even if you don’t need anything we are happy for you to give us a call even just for a friendly 5 minute chat! 

 

As a family run business we understand the need to keep working through these tough times. We also want to offer our help to those that are also helping us! If you work at MK Hospital and need anything like lifts to or from work or even childcare (Jaz and Suzanne work from home in Milton Keynes Village). Just let us know and we can see what we can do to help! Ray is always out and about so is happy to help anyone who lives locally in Milton Keynes or the surrounding areas; Bedford, Northampton…. 

 

If you know of anyone local to you that may be struggling let us know and we can do the rest. It is vital we all act as a community and Browns Tree solutions are proud to support Charities and people in the community as much as we can.
