The Birth of Browns Tree Solutions:

Ray Brown founded his first tree surgery business, Trim A Tree, in 1997. With just a few pieces of equipment stored in a garage at his sisters place in Milton Keynes and a small van - This is where our journey began. We've always been a family run business, with the help of his sister: Jackie in the office, Trim A Tree quickly became the go to family run business for tree and hedge related work in Milton Keynes, surrounding areas and further affield.

For over 20 years Trim A Tree was a well established business with comprehensive machinery completing works for large commercial companies. We were part of the works at Centre Milton Keynes when John Lewis and it's car park were built, removing trees in the area to allow for building works. We established great connections with local businesses, councils and residents which we still have today.

Due to unforseen circumstances Trim A Tree was liquidated in 2020 but, we didn't stop there. Ray rebranded and started fresh as Browns Tree Solutions, our great services remained and we continued to grow to where we are now - we still have customers from when Ray started out in 1997!

Over the years Ray had 3 children: Kailum, Jazmine & Dylan who now all work in the family run business. Kailum has been a tree surgeon for over 10 years now, learning from the man himself: Ray Brown, he is now taking a leap into starting his own gardening business: Type One Garden Conservation. Jaz joined back in 2018 helping out in the office and occasionally on site and now she runs the entire business with Ray, as well as their sister business: Firewood Fuel MK. Since finishing school Dylan has started to help out in the office with Jaz, gaining skills which he can take with him in his future - We are the definition of a family run business!
